Fine dining, the Redlands way
For more than thirty-five years, Caprice has served lunch and dinner in our atrium dining room and on the covered patio. The menu is large on purpose: handmade pizzas, pastas, fresh salads, fish from the grill, and organic steaks, with off-menu specials every Friday and Saturday night.

Produce, meat, and fish arrive daily. Nothing goes in the freezer.

Pour something good
Our wine list holds more than 420 bottles and keeps growing as we taste new wines for consideration. Pricing stays competitive, from affordable to rare, with a deep selection of West Coast Pinot Noir.
At the bar you’ll find boutique whiskeys, cognacs, armagnacs, and single-barrel scotches, plus house cocktails like the Blood Orange Kosmo.
The Red Room
Our private dining room for single parties, finished with copper-tile ceilings, antique vintage cabinetry, ornate lighting, 18k gold silverware, and red velvet curtains.
It has hosted wine tasting dinners, film screenings, karaoke nights, live jazz piano, wedding receptions, proposals, and birthdays from 13 to 95. Please request your date at least two weeks in advance. Private tours are available by appointment.
